Biography

Patrick oversees all aspects of the Information Services department. This department provides Information Services and billing support for all Home Telecom companies and activities. Patrick has been part of the Home Telecom team since 1982. Department Vision: Information will be delivered to policy makers, management and staff in a user-friendly, secure, effective and reliable medium. That information will be current, accurate, comprehensive and integrated to reflect Home's activities and to improve decision making, work processes and access to information. Infrastructure to support such information management will be effective, reliable and secure. Information Services staff resources will be experts in their fields to deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
