Biography
Dr. Harmeling holds a doctorate in entrepreneurship and business ethics from the University of Virginia and undergraduate and graduate degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Business School. Her research interests include entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial contingency and the intersection of innovation and ethics. She is also an expert on the case method of instruction and has written dozens of case studies on entrepreneurs and their ventures for the Harvard Business School and as an independent consultant in her own private company, the International Case Method Institute. She is an instructor in the Harvard Business School Publishing case method program.
