Biography
Mr. Colby R. Brown serves as Chief Financial Officer of H&R Block Management LLC. Mr. Brown has been Vice President and Corporate Controller of H&R Block Inc. since September 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as a Assistant Vice President and Controller of HRB Tax Group, Inc. from December 2009 to September 2010. He served as Division Controller, North America of Fort Dodge Animal Health, a division of Wyeth from July 2007 to December 2009. From September 2002 to July 2007, Mr. Brown served as a Director, Financial Reporting and Analysis of Fort Dodge Animal Health.
