Biography
Chuck has been a steward for the business for over 56 years. He has guided the company through such remarkable events as the leveraged buyback of the Industrial Chemical Division of Hubbard-Hall in 1966 and an ESOP implementation in 1986. In 2016 he received NACD’s (National Association of Chemical Distributors) highest honor and received their Industry Lifetime Achievement Award.
