Biography
Dr. Davis received her BS in occupational therapy from the University of New England and her MS in occupational therapy from the University of New Hampshire. Her doctoral work was completed at Rocky Mountain University. In 2014, she completed a yearlong fellowship in the Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) through the University of Maine Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies in partnership with the University of New Hampshire (UNH) Institute on Disability, and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Her primary interests are in psychiatric occupational therapy and administration. Dr. Davis provides occupational therapy services at Mountain View Youth Development Center in Charleston, Maine which allows students an opportunity for clinical experiences in that setting. She is actively involved in MeOTA, the state occupational therapy association as the membership chair and advisor to the Husson Student Representative. She is also active in AOTA, the national occupational therapy association, as the advisor for the Husson University Student Representative to the Association of Student Delegates (ASD).
