Biography
As CFO of Huston Electric, I try to break the stereotype of the typical “numbers guy”. I enjoy digging into the details and understanding all areas of the business. I am happy to have found Huston in 2015; it is a family owned business that runs like a large extended family. I came to Huston with over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance in commercial real estate, construction and land development. Prior to joining Huston, I held CFO positions for Fortune Industries II and The Estridge Companies, and the position of Financial Reporting Controller Simon Property Group. I am a graduate of Ball State University and a CPA. Personally, I have been married for over 30 years to my wife Beth, have two children, Sarah and Michael, and one new grandchild, Joshua. I enjoy golfing, boating, working on home improvement projects, and watching football. I have been a season ticket holder for the Colts since they moved to Indianapolis in 1984.
