Clayton Allen Carlisle

Biography

Clayton Carlisle began his career in the oil and gas industry in January 2007, when he served as Operations Manager at Texas Flood, LLC. From the start he was a resource to the company in this capacity, as he helped build it from a start up to a multi-million dollar operation upon his departure in April 2013 to begin his own company. Mr. Carlisle started Hydroline, LLC with his partner, Matt Adkins, and currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager for the company. In only three short years, they have successfully transformed Hydroline into a multi-million dollar venture. In his role as VP Operations, Mr. Carlisle has long established himself and his company throughout the oil and gas industry with operations in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mississippi, along with additional areas of expansion under review. Mr. Carlisle specializes in procurement of new contracts, equipment management, site management, personnel distribution, as well as the day-to-day operations of Hydroline, LLC. Through his unrelenting leadership, Hydroline, LLC has become a dependable and valuable resource in the water service industry.
