Robert Sweeney

Biography

Rob is an experienced consultant, entrepreneur and business leader. He has directed a broad range of consulting, engineering, regulatory and management organizations and projects supporting domestic and international clients, energy services firms and manufacturers, as well as consulted to Federal agencies and national laboratories. Prior to establishing IBEX, he managed divisions with a firm providing technical and regulatory consulting services to US and international utilities and government entities. Rob started his career with EBASCO having increasing engineering and project responsibilities including leading its Bethesda operations and successfully licensing several power projects. His experience extends into other energy areas, including Transmission & Distribution, Ethanol and Alternative Energy Projects.
