Biography
Ellen Glover joined ICF in 2005 and has more than 30 years of experience in the technology market. At ICF, she leads an organization that provides services to government and commercial clients in technology, digital interactive, strategic communications, cybersecurity, program management, and organizational research and learning. Previously, Ms. Glover held executive positions at Advanced Technology Systems, Impact Innovations Group, and Dynamics Research Corporation. Ms. Glover currently serves as the Chair for the Professional Services Council (PSC) and is a past chair of the Industry Advisory Council (IAC). She has received numerous honors, including the Federal 100 Eagle Award and the Janice K. Mendenhall Spirit of Leadership Award, the highest honor given by American Council for Technology and the Industry Advisory Council.
