Biography

Louise Clements joined ICF in 2016 and leads ICF Olson. She has 26 years of experience in marketing, advertising and engagement. Her work spans both commercial and government markets in the United States and Canada where she has provided strategic direction to and overseen the digital marketing, sales and operational organizations for some of the most influential media organizations in North America. Previously, Ms. Clements was president of the North America East division at MRM/McCann, a division of McCann Worldgroup. She also served as president for MacLaren/MRM, which is part of one of Canada’s leading integrated advertising agencies. Prior to working with MRM/McCann, Ms. Clements launched Facebook’s advertising team in Canada. Ms. Clements holds a bilingual bachelor of arts in political science from Glendon College, York University in Toronto, Canada. Louise Clements joined ICF in 2016 and leads ICF Olson.
