Biography
Dr. Chiu received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northwestern University in 2004.
Research Interest
His research interests include high performance computing, computer architecture, embedded systems and control, networking and communications, semiconductors and VLSI, and select topics in computational science and engineering.
