Mark J. Casey

Biography

Mark Casey joined Idera as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the Board of Directors in June 2015. Previously, he served as Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Hologic, Inc. following that company’s acquisition of Cytyc Corporation, where he had served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Patent Counsel since 2002. Prior to joining Cytyc, Mr. Casey held roles of increasing responsibility at Boston Scientific Corporation and EMC Corporation. Mr. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. 

Research Interest
