Biography

Background Mr. Jerome Parnell III, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC. Mr. Parnell has been in the Blood and Plasma Industry for 14 years. He has managed and organized the structural development of a growth oriented Bio-tech company with 48 locations and 1700 employees. He specializes in Operations and Production Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, and New Business Development. He served as Chief Operating Officer of International BioResources, LLC and served as its Vice President of Operations of International BioResources, LLC since August 2005. Mr. Parnell began working in the Source Plasma industry in 1999 for Alpha Therapeutic Corporation focusing on change management strategies and lean systems implementation. In 2003, as Regional Director, Mr. Parnell assisted management with the acquisition of Alpha's assets into Baxter Healthcare. After the Baxter acquisition, he joined IBR in May of 2004 and was working in the capacity of Regional Director and later, Associate Ops Director. He serves as a Director of ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC. He served as a Director of International BioResources, LLC. Mr. Parnell's academic background includes Undergraduate Studies from Lehigh University, post-baccalaureate studies at UNC-Chapel Hill, and graduate education in Business Management and Healthcare Administration at Stetson/UCFL.
