Biography
After my original degree in neuropharmacology I completed my Ph.D on inflammatory pain at Edinburgh Medical School and with Glaxo in the UK. I subsequently worked in neuroscience drug discovery at Parke-Davis in the US and then at Servier in France, where I headed up their analgesia R&D group. I went on to study for an MBA before entering the CRO industry in clinical research. Since then I have designed and managed Phase I-IV clinical programs with an emphasis on neurology, psychiatry and pain. I have been involved in six Phase II-III global programs with therapies that have successfully achieved marketing approval. My goal is to help clients design effective clinical programs and studies that will allow them to efficiently achieve key milestones in their products development - towards achieving an optimal licensing deal or marketing approval.
