Biography
James R. Miller DDS, MSD, PhD is the Indiana State Oral Health Director at the ISDH, a Visiting Scholar at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Miller received a DDS, Certificate in Orthodontics, and a Masters of Science in Dentistry from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Miller also received a Certificate in TMJ and Craniofacial Pain from the University of Minnesota and a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Washington. Dr. Miller has over 30 years experience in teaching, clinical research, private practice, and public health. Dr. Miller is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors.
