Biography
Dr. Frazier, a native of Kansas, attended Kansas State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.S.). He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) at the University of Missouri. Upon graduation Dr. Frazier served in the United States Air Force as a Captain in the Dental Corps practicing general dentistry. He later attended the University of Iowa where he completed his Master of Science in Dentistry (M.S.D.) and Certificate in Orthodontics.
