E. Ronald Goldfuss

Biography

 Mr. Goldfuss is responsible for all company financial operations, investor relations, human resources, information technology and facilities. Prior to joining InfaCare in February 2005, Mr. Goldfuss served as Chief Financial Officer for several biomedical and technology organizations including Songbird Hearing Inc, CompuCyte Corporation, Vital Sciences Inc., and Spinnaker Software Corporation. He was instrumental in taking Spinnaker Software public, and has considerable experience in raising equity and debt capital for private and public companies. Mr. Goldfuss received his AB in economics from Boston College and his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He earned his CPA while with Arthur Andersen & Co.
