Charles Resnick

Biography

Mr. Charles Resnick serves as a Managing Partner at Inflexion Partners and also manages the Village Ventures Tampa Fund. Mr. Resnick serves as Strategic Advisor of Castelmec Holdings LLC. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Celsia Technologies, Inc. since February 24, 2011. Mr. Resnick is a business executive with a 25-year career in global general management, operations, financial management, and strategic relationships in the technology, banking, and consumer packaged goods sectors. He has extensive experience with both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, and has been involved in over 100 acquisitions and divestitures. He was the Senior Executive of Western Europe at Danka Business Systems PLC. Most recently, he was a Founder and Vice President of Corporate Development and Marketing of Mimeo.com, Inc. and was instrumental in building a strategic business and investment relationship with Hewlett-Packard and UPS. In addition, Mr. Resnick was one of the lead Mimeo Executives who raised a total of $41 million in financing. He has held senior management positions in the United States, South America, Mexico, and Tropicana Products Inc., Mellon Bank Corp., and Procter & Gamble Co. (formerly The Procter & Gamble Company). Mr. Resnick was a Lead Participant in negotiating the GATT and NAFTA Agreements as Undersecretary in the Bush administration from 1990 to 1993. He serves as the Chairman of Nuvel Holdings Inc. Mr. Resnick has been a Director of Celsia Technologies Inc., since August 2007 and served as its Chairman from June 2008 to February 24, 2011. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Cella Energy Ltd. He served as a Director of Harmony Metals Inc. since December 30, 2011. He served as a Director of Persystent Technology Corporation and PepsiCo Inc. Mr. Resnick holds an M.B.A. and an A.B. degree, both from St. Louis University.
