Biography

 Mr. Charles E. Phillips, Jr., also known as Chuck, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Infor (US), Inc., Infor, Inc., and Infor Global Solutions Deutschland GmbH. Mr. Phillips has been the Chief Executive Officer of Infor Global Solutions, Inc. since October 2010. Prior to Infor, Mr. Phillips served as the President of Oracle Corporation from January 2004 to September 5, 2010 and also served as its Chief of Marketing. He served as President at Peoplesoft Inc. since December 2004. He served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy, Partnerships and Business Development of Oracle Corp. from May 2003 to January 2004 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Redwood Shores. Prior to joining Oracle Corp., he served as the Managing Director in the Technology Group at Morgan Stanley from November 1995 to May 2003 and Principal from December 1994 to November 1995. He also served as a Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley, Research Division. From 1986 to 1994, he worked at various investment banking firms on Wall Street. Before his 18-year career on Wall Street, Mr. Phillips was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps in the 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines artillery unit. He serves as a Director of Business Executives for National Security, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Viacom, Inc. since January 1, 2006. He has been a Director of Infor Global Solutions, Inc. since October 2010. He has been a Director of Infor, Inc. since December 2010 and Infor (US), Inc. He serves as a Director of The Partnership for New York City, Inc. He serves as a Member of International Advisory Board at Banco Santander, S.A. He serves as a Member of Board of Councilors at The Carter Center Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of RWI Ventures and is responsible for field operations and customer facing activities including consulting, marketing, sales, alliances and channels and customer programs, as well as corporate strategy and business development. Mr. Phillips served on the board of managers of Softbrands Holdings, LLC. He served as a Director of CBS Corporation since October 13, 2014. He served as a Director at Peoplesoft Inc. since December 2004. He served as an Independent Director of 51job, Inc. since May 2004. He served as an Independent Director of Morgan Stanley from June 19, 2006 to May 18, 2010. Mr. Phillips served as a Director of Hyperion Solutions Corp. since April 14, 2007. He served as a Director of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited from November 24, 2005 to July 22, 2010, Oracle Corporation from January 2004 to September 05, 2010 and Stellent, Inc. since December 12, 2006. Mr. Phillips serves on the Boards of Jazz at Lincoln Center, New York Law School, the American Museum of Natural History, the United States Air Force Academy Endowment Fund, Posse Foundation and his family foundation, Phillips Charitable Organizations. He also served on the Obama Administration's Economic Recovery Board. He is also a member of the Georgia State Bar. He was ranked the number one Enterprise Software Industry Analyst by Institutional Investor magazine each year from 1994 to 2002. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy; an MBA in Finance from Hampton University in Virginia; and a J.D. from New York Law School.
