Biography
Mr. Kevin Samuelson has been the Chief Financial Officer of Infor, Inc. and Infor (US), Inc. since July 12, 2016. Mr. Samuelson served as the Chief Financial Officer of InsideSales.com, Inc from April 15, 2014 to July 15, 2016. Mr. Samuelson served as the Senior Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration of Infor Public Sector, Inc. and TriSyn Group. He served as Chief Operations Officer at Backcountry.com, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Integration at Infor Global Solutions Deutschland GmbH. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Infor Global Solutions, Inc. since October 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Integration. Mr. Samuelson served as Chief Financial Officer of Infor, Inc. from July 5, 2011 to February 2013. He joined Hansen Information Technologies Inc. in July 2003. He served as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Senior Vice President of Integration of Infor Business Solutions AG. He served as a Senior Associate of Parallax Capital Partners, LLC, where he worked on its first three acquisitions and a number of other technology buyouts. He also worked in the Equity Research divisions at Robertson Stephens, Inc., Research Division and Banc of America Securities. Mr. Samuelson holds a.B from the University of California at Berkeley.
