Biography
Marc Dufour is the president of Club Car, the global manufacturing leader of golf cars and one of the largest of small, electric vehicles. Prior to his current role, Marc served as president of Industrial Technologies – Americas, where he transformed and integrated two independent businesses, Air and Productivity, into a regional structure. This integration and process improvement led to record profitability. And from 2001 – 2005, he served as president of the Global Air Compressor Business, where he led product innovation and expanded into global markets, primarily China. Marc has spent his entire 35-year career with Ingersoll Rand, 20 years have been in leadership roles, all of which have been spent in the Industrial businesses. His career began in Houston in 1981 when he joined the company as an application engineer. Marc is a Board member for the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI) and the United Way of Augusta. He also serves on a variety of leadership councils in the golf market as well as various councils within Ingersoll Rand. Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution from Texas A&M
