William A. Miller

Biography

 Mr. William A. Miller, also known as Bill, serves as President of Miller Strategic Consulting LLC. Mr. Miller serves as Treasurer of SITE Santa Fe. He co-founded Summit Technologies Sales, Inc. and also serves as its Consultant. He was co-founder and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Technicare Corporation from 1968 to 1987. He co-founded SMTL Leasing and Summit Technologies Sales, Inc. He serves as Director of SMTL Leasing and Summit Technologies Sales, Inc. He serves as Director of SITE Santa Fe., InLight Solutions, Inc., HID Biometrics, and Hitachi Medical Systems of America, Inc. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Advisors for Wasatch NM Fund and serves on the Advisory Board of Avalon Trust Company. He serves as board member of numerous private companies including, among others, Concise Logic, Inc., Xtra-source, Inc., and Santa Fe Technologies, Inc. He served as Director of Technicare Corporation. from 1968 to 1987. He is an outdoor enthusiast and a former triathlon competitor, having run the Marine Marathon in Washington. Mr. Miller holds a BA degree in Philosophy from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
