Biography
Rex started with the company in 2012 working closely with project team members on quality and project closeout activities on a number of solar installations. Rex has over 28 years of experience in engineering/product development and plant management for various industries including the Recreational Vehicle and Plastics Industry. He also brings experience in Quality Management along with a background in Lean Manufacturing (5S, Value Stream Mapping, One-Piece Flow and the Elimination of Waste). Rex is responsible for overseeing Engineering, Quality, Health and Safety, and O&M. In addition, he heads all improvement projects aimed at office efficiency.
