David Colleran

Biography

Mr. Colleran has served as our Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel since July 2015. From 2010 to 2015, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for the Medical Supplies Sector of Covidien, which was acquired by Medtronic plc. in 2015. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Colleran served as Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel of Covidien. From 2003 to 2006, he served as Corporate Counsel for Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., and from 1998 to 2002 he was a Corporate Associate in the Business and Technology Group at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. Mr. Colleran earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
