Joseph W. Dziedzic

Biography

Mr. Joseph W. Dziedzic, also known as Joe, has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Integer Holdings Corporation since July 17, 2017 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer and President since March 27, 2017 until July 17, 2017. Mr. Dziedzic served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Brink's Company from August 01, 2009 to July 14, 2016 and its Executive Vice President from December 2014 to July 14, 2016. Mr. Dziedzic joined Brinks Co. on May 25, 2009 also served as its Vice President from August 1, 2009 to December 2014. He has 20 years of financial experience, having served in numerous leadership positions at General Electric Company, a diversified technology, media and financial services company. From March 2006 to May 2009, he served as Chief Financial Officer of GE Aviation Services. He served as Manager of Global Financial Planning and Analysis of GE Energy from January 2003 to February 2006. He also worked in GE Healthcare and GE Appliances and he served as an Executive at GE Corporate. He has been a Director of Integer Holdings Corporation since February 28, 2013. Mr. Dziedzic serves as a Director of the YMCA of Greater Richmond, Virginia. He holds BS in Economics from University of Louisville.
