Megan Campbell

Biography

 Megan directs the day-to-day operating functions of all of IntegraCare’s Senior Living, Independent Living Residences and Memory Care Programs in accordance with current state, federal, local standards. She also designs methods to evaluate operations during review of operating metrics and on-site visits, rounds, recognition programs – formal and informal, budgetary review and financial goal setting and also recommends updates as regulations change or are clarified. Ms. Campbell specializes in systems for Resident Care, Alzheimer’s Care, and Community Operations. Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from Norther Michigan University and her Master of Healthcare Administration from Penn State. She is passionate about lifelong learning, teaching, seniors, creating systems to streamline function, and authenticity.
