David L. Flood

Biography

Mr. Flood provides leadership for all philanthropic programs at Intermountain Healthcare, overseeing the Intermountain Healthcare Foundation in conjunction with the foundation's volunteer Board of Trustees. He serves as a current member and past Board Chair of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy. Prior to his current position, Mr. Flood held leadership roles in higher education and healthcare, most recently as President of Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations in New Jersey, where he was named the state's Outstanding Professional Fundraiser by the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He received bachelor and master degrees from Seton Hall University where he currently serves on the Board of Regents.
