Biography
Ms. Carlile is a former Provo City Council member and has served on a variety of boards, including those of Habitat for Humanity, Neighborhood Housing Services of Provo, Boys and Girls Club, Provo City Energy, Intermountain Healthcare Women’s Advisory Council for the South Region, and the Work Force Services Board for Utah County. She has been a volunteer for Hospice and the Women and Children in Crisis Center. Currently an instructor for Turning Point at Utah Valley University, Ms. Carlile also works as the Circles Program Coordinator at Community Action Services and Food Bank to address issues of poverty. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Work from Utah State University.
