  Nikhil has a successful track record of designing strategy and achieving impact (top, bottom line and value creation) through focused and relentless execution. He has significant experience across functions (R&D, manufacturing, supply-chain, Commercial) in pharmaceuticals.   He retains a distinctive global outlook having lived and worked in every continent in this world. Prior to Cipla, Nikhil worked with McKinsey & Company and Medtronic.
