Chris Gaenzle

Biography

Responsible for Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Quality, Corporate Services (Procurement and Facilities) and Operations Management (Trusted Process® and non-billable clinical support); also serves as the Executive Liaison to the Board of Directors. He had 20 years of private practice, corporate legal and operational experience, chiefly in the pharmaceutical, medical and clinical research industries Prior to the INC Research/inVentiv Health merger, served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at INC Research. Previously, he is working as an Assistant General Counsel at Pfizer Inc., having progressively held other senior roles. He was also a partner at Hunton and Williams LLP, in Richmond, V.A. and New York, New York. He had Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and J.D. from Syracuse University; visiting student at Washington & Lee University School of Law and admitted to practice in New York and Virginia
