Tony Faralli

Biography

 As Director of Human Resources for ISS Solutions, Tony is responsible for recruiting, retaining, and rewarding hardworking and talented people committed to serving our internal and external clients.Prior to joining ISS Solutions, Tony served as Director of Human Resources for Paris Business Products, a $100 million paper converter and manufacturer of business products. In this role, he focused on working with the management team to develop an operating culture that would attract, retain, and motivate associates by developing policies, procedures, and employee engagement practices. Prior to Paris Business Products, he served as Vice President of Customer Operations, Special Orders, and Projects for Interline Brands, a $1.2 billion marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products. In this role, Tony led the due diligence, acquisition integration, and human capital development of eight acquired companies with combined revenues in excess of $800 million. In addition, he has also held a variety of operations management and human resources positions in the financial services, distribution, and manufacturing sectors. Tony holds a master’s degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Temple University. In addition, he has attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Tony and his family reside in Southern NJ. He enjoys reading, traveling, golfing and spending time at the Jersey Shore.
