Dennis Stockwell

Biography

 Dennis Stockwell serves as General Counsel for Jackson Healthcare and its affiliated companies.  He is responsible for legal affairs involving Jackson, including general corporate matters, contracts and intellectual property.  In addition, Stockwell provides legal services support for all of the Jackson operating entities. Prior to joining Jackson, Stockwell served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for TurboChef Technologies, Inc., and PracticeWorks, Inc., both publicly-traded companies. He previously was a corporate and securities attorney in Atlanta and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Stockwell brings a wealth of experience involving general business and transactional legal issues and corporate governance.  A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he earned a master's degree from University of Rhode Island and his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School. Stockwell and his wife reside in Braselton, Georgia.
