Biography
Mr. Black has more than 30 years technical experience with integrated electronics systems, and 20 years of professional systems design experience. He has designed systems for prisons, jails, courts, hospitals, crime labs police stations, emergency operations centers, land port of entry, classified federal facilities, airports, high schools, rail stations, water treatment plants, big box retail, freeway management systems, museums, casinos, country clubs and commercial facilities. Designs complied with applicable national, state and local codes, industry standards and user criteria. Mr. Black has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from University of Phoenix. He is certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP 9475) and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). He is also a member of American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI).
