Biography
Kathy Kelly is the Director of Human Resources for JBA Consulting Engineers. Her responsibilities include company initiatives surrounding employee development goals, quality talent recruitment, employee retention, benefits, compliance, and support as an effective strategic partner for overall company success. Kathy earned her degree from the University of Nevada with a major in history and minor in chemistry, as well as her MPA from American University in Washington, DC. She has worked more than 20 years in federal and state government related management and executive level positions. Kathy is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association and is a native Nevadan.
