Biography
Ralph Joeckel started his engineering career in 1950 and established the firm of Johnson, Joeckel, Bartley and Associates in 1966. In 1974, the firm name changed to JBA Consulting Engineers. Mr. Joeckel has since served as principal mechanical/ electrical engineer and principal-in-charge of a wide variety of major projects including most of the high schools in the Las Vegas area, major hotels and casinos, hospitals and healthcare facilities, as well as church, government and airport projects. Mr. Joeckel is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and is a past president of the Southern Nevada Chapter. He received his engineering training and degree at the University of California at Los Angeles.
