Biography
Brian has led the Case Ready Business at JBS USA since May 2017. Piedmonte has more than 40 years’ experience in the retail meat industry. Prior to joining JBS, he spent 39 years with The Kroger Company, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including regional meat merchandising director for various divisions throughout the United States, and national fresh meat commodity and case ready director. Brian holds various industry certifications, and is a graduate of the University of Southern California Executive Management Program.
