Martin has more than 30 years of experience in the pork business and has served as President & COO of JBS USA Pork since 2007. He started as a management trainee in 1983 and has served as Product Manager of Processor Sales, VP Pork Processor Sales, VP of Processor Sales & Hedging and VP of Margin Management. Dooley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Medical Technology from Eastern Illinois University in 1982.
