Biography
Mike has served as President and CEO of JBS Five Rivers since 2005. Prior to JBS, Thoren was President and CEO of ContiBeef LLC, from 2003 to 2005. He began his career with Continental Grain Company in 1991, serving in several leadership positions including Feedyard General Manager, Director of Feedlot Operations, VP of Operations and CEO. Mike received his Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and Bachelors of Science in Agribusiness from Washington State University. He is active in a number of local and national industry groups.
