Mr. Jeffrey Prosinski, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Financial Officer of J.M. Huber Corporation (also known as Huber (J.M.) Corp.). since September 11, 2006 and also serves as its Vice President. Mr. Prosinski served as Vice President, Finance & Controller of J.M. Huber Corporation. He has 20 years of experience in finance. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Miami University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
