Biography

Thriving on his passion for complicated commercial and mixed-use projects, Michael’s primary focus is overseeing the redevelopment of our Downtown Plaza property into a 1million square foot Mixed Use development surrounding the new Entertainment Sports Complex slated to be the new home to the Sacramento Kings in Fall 2016. Formerly with Simon Property Group in Indianapolis IN and then with Caruso Affiliated in Los Angeles, Michael has 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate development. Michael has been the lead person in the development of numerous new and repositioned retail and mixed-use projects including The Grove in Los Angeles, The Americana at Brand in Glendale California. Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
