Biography
Dr. Laura Cappelli is an assistant professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include internal medicine and rheumatology. Dr. Cappelli earned her M.D. from Johns Hopkins. She completed her residency in internal medicine and performed a fellowship in rheumatology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Cappelli's research focuses on different forms inflammatory arthritis. Specifically, she studies a new type of inflammatory arthritis due to immunotherapy treatments for cancer and rheumatoid arthritis.
