Biography

 Jeff Williams is vice president and president, Building Solutions, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America for Johnson Controls. In this role, Williams has responsibility for the company’s commercial and residential solutions businesses in the EMEA & Latin America regions, spanning building controls, HVAC, fire protection and security. Williams, who joined Johnson Controls in 1984, most recently served as vice president of enterprise operations and engineering. Previously, he was group vice president and general manager, Product Group Complete Seat and Supply Chain, Automotive Experience. He also drove standardization in design, manufacturing processes and equipment to establish global best practices for cost, quality and efficiency. Williams has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Detroit.
