Biography
Lynn Minella is vice president, chief human resources officer of Johnson Controls. Previous to joining Johnson Controls, Minella served as group human resources director at BAE Systems Plc based out of London, where she was a member of the executive committee. Prior to BAE Systems, she was senior vice president of Human Resources and Communications at Air Products & Chemicals. Earlier in her career she held a variety of human resources leadership roles at IBM. Minella serves on the board of directors for ibstock Plc and is an advisory board member for the Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies. She has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
