Biography
Kathy Wengel is Worldwide Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer for Johnson & Johnson. She is a member of the company’s Management Committee, and a management representative on the Regulatory Compliance & Government Affairs Committee, and the Science, Technology & Sustainability Committee of the J&J Board of Directors. Kathy has direct responsibility for all aspects of Supply Chain for J&J’s three business sectors: Consumer, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals. This includes planning, sourcing, manufacturing (internal and external), distribution, customer service, and supply chain strategy and deployment. She also has corporate-wide responsibility for the functions of Quality & Compliance; Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability; and Engineering & Property Services, including Real Estate, Facilities, and Capital project management. Kathy leads ~45% of J&J’s global workforce, and the supply chain organization brings more than 350,000 healthcare products to consumers and patients around the world and fulfills more than 100,000 customer orders every day.
