Biography
Peter M. Fasolo is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for global talent, recruiting, diversity, compensation, benefits, employee relations and all aspects of the human resources agenda for the Company. He is a member of the Executive Committee, Management Compensation Committee, and Chairman of the Pension and Benefits Committee. Peter first joined Johnson & Johnson in 2004 as Worldwide Vice President, Human Resources for Cordis Corporation. He was then named Vice President, Global Talent Management, with responsibility for executive assessment and development. He left Johnson & Johnson in 2007 to join Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) as Chief Talent Officer for the portfolio companies owned by the firm. He returned to Johnson & Johnson in September 2010 as Vice President, Global Human Resources.
