Gary Daichendt

Biography

 Mr. Daichendt has been a Private Investor since June 2005 and a Managing Member of Theory R Properties, LLC since October 2002. Mr. Daichendt served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Nortel Networks Corporation from March 2005 to June 2005. Prior to joining Nortel Networks, Mr. Daichendt worked at Cisco Systems, Inc. for six years and served in a number of senior executive positions, including Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations. Mr. Daichendt has extensive public company board experience. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Polycom and NCR Corporation, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of ShoreTel, Inc. and Emulex Corporation.
