Ken Miller

Biography

Ken Miller is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Juniper Networks. Miller leads the company’s finance and accounting functions as well as manufacturing operations, real estate, investor relations and internal audit.Prior to his current position, Miller was Senior Vice President of Finance, responsible for Juniper’s financial planning and partnering functions as well as its tax, treasury and global business services organizations. His team was responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s operating plan and capital return strategy. Miller joined Juniper in 1999 and was a key contributor in transforming Juniper’s accounting and finance teams from ‘start-up mode’ to a team that supports a multi-billion dollar business. Miller has spent the majority of his career with Juniper and gained deep experience through multiple roles, including: Senior Director of Accounting, Senior Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Vice President of Business Unit Finance and Corporate Vice President of Go-to-market Finance. Prior to joining Juniper, Miller worked at Ernst & Young.He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Santa Clara University and is a California CPA (inactive).
