Barry focuses on the design and implementation of systems and processes that support the acquisition and development of talent for KFI. This implementation includes recruitment, performance management, training and development, coaching and mentoring. “I’ve always been interested in connecting with others, and understanding how and why people do what they do, but the interest was more from a business perspective.
