John A. Bryant

Biography

    Mr. John A. Bryant has been the Chief Executive Officer of Kellogg Company since January 02, 2011 and as its Chairman since July 01, 2014. Mr. Bryant served as the Chief Operating Officer of Kellogg Company since August 2008 until January 02, 2011, President since January 02, 2011 until August 2015 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer from December 31, 2006 to December 2009. He served as the President of Kellogg North America of Kellogg Company from July 23, 2007 to August 2008 and its Chief Financial Officer since February 2002 to 2004. He served as an Executive Vice President of Kellogg Company from December 2006 to January 02, 2011. He served as the President of Kellogg International of Kellogg Company since December 2006. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg International from February 2002 to June 2004. Mr. Bryant assumed responsibility for the Natural and Frozen Foods Division, Kellogg USA, in September 2003. He served as Vice President of Financial Planning - Cereal at Kellogg Company October 1998. He served as Vice President of Kellogg North America Strategy Development and Business Understanding. Mr. Bryant joined Kellogg Company in March 1998. He served as Vice President, Trade Marketing and as a Member of the sales leadership team for Kellogg USA in 2000. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Kellogg USA since August 2000. Before joining Kellogg Company, Mr. Bryant held a leadership position with Lion Nathan Australia, where he served as a Planning Director from 1997 to 1998. He serves as a Director of Catalyst Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Macy's, Inc. since March 2015. Mr. Bryant has been a Director of Kellogg Company since July 2010. He serves as a Director of The Grocery Manufacturers Association. He holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. Mr. Bryant also received a Bachelor of Commerce from Australian National University in commerce and is a Chartered Accountant of Institute of Chartered Accountants In Australia.
