Steve Armstrong is senior vice president and general manager of U.S. Operations for Kelly Services®, responsible for Kelly’s commercial, professional and technical business across the United States. Kelly® is a global leader in providing workforce solutions. Mr. Armstrong was appointed to his current position in 2009 and has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of Kelly’s organizational and service delivery changes to support the varied needs of centralized and branch-based clients in the U.S.
